Return & Exchange Policy (Wholesale Orders)

PH Cashmere is a wholesale-only supplier, and as such, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock.

However, we do accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product shipped

  • Manufacturing defects (within reason and subject to assessment)

  • Damaged items upon delivery (must be reported within 5 days of receipt)

To request a return:
